Rummage sales!

Its Saturday and its time to get the goods. We were up at the crack of dawn, otherwise translated 6AM.
Got showered and dressed and out the door by 7:15.  We hit the bricks hard, covering a multitude of sales. It was hot out pretty early, by 10 am it was 85 degrees. We came home at 1 to see our booty..

We got a handheld GPS for 3 bucks, a palm pilot for 3 bucks, a Earnhardt Jr gift set of shot glasses for 5 bucks, a beer bar draw handle for 5 bucks, a planet of the apes doll still in the box for 20 bucks (I am hoping I didn't overpay for that one), a Tinkerbell lamp and a P4 laptop for 30 bucks. A little more misc stuff too. I need to get this stuff listed soon. We were beat when we got home so we took a nap for an hour. I love being able to take a nap when I want to, I think it is one of my favorite benefits of being retired.
After the napping I was online and found another Prius for sale so we freshened up and ran down to look at it. After driving down there we couldn't see it as it was inside a building and they were gone for the day...Darn those naps! We stopped on the way home at this new fruit market that just opened down the road from our place and picked up a supply of fruit and whatnot. We then came home and messed around with the freshly acquired rummage sale goods.

Then it was time to eat dinner....Bonnie brought me out my plate and I took a photo.

After dinner we settled in to watch a marathon of Deadliest Catch, as a matter of fact, I am still watching it.
Bonnie fell asleep an hour ago, and I am ready to join her. I am off to bed, good night, good luck and don't let the bed bugs f@#K. I just made that up....That just happened..I must be tired.....
