Hello family and Friends! Super nice day out today, right at 80. We sat out on the patio drinking coffee for a while making a plan for the day. Here we are making a plan....sort of.

So, of course, we decided to go to the beach. We got ready to go when we received a call from our real estate guy telling us there is a 2 bed 2 bath on the first floor for sale.
We decided we better take a look at it since we have accessed our situation and may want a 2 bedroom.
He came over around 11:30 and showed it to us. We loved it! It has 2 full baths ours has 1 1/2. It has 2 bedrooms, ours has 1, although our 1 is larger than either of the 2 bedrooms. It has a large walk in closet. We made a low ball offer. If it gets accepted we better be able to sell ours. We showed it to the realtor and he didn't think it would be to hard to sell. As soon as he left, we sped off to the beach. Here I am just as we got there.

We staked out our spot and put up our gear. We chilled out in the sun catting the afternoon away. I had my camera and took this picture of this large boat way out there. This is at 48x (max for my camera).

Around 3 we decided to pull up stake and put our gear into the car and walk the boardwalk. We walked the boardwalk, stopping to watch a beach volleyball game, Then started walking back to the car. On our way we saw a sign at one of the beach restaurants saying 2 slices of pizza and a coke for 5 bucks. We grabbed an outdoor table and ordered it. We each had a large slice of pizza and spit a coke. It was around 4:30 so we took off for home. Once we got home we walked down and looked through windows of the condo for sale, pondering what to do if they accept our offer. Do any of you want a condo in paradise?
We are gonna watch miracle on 34th st, which much to the shock of bonnie, I have never seen. Have a great eve and happy holidays.
